The configuration file now needs a secret passphrase (blowfish_secret).

/phpMyAdmin설치폴더/config.sample.inc.php 파일을 복사해서 같은 위치에 config.inc.php 로 만들고 

내용 중 

$cfg['blowfish_secret'] = 'a8b7c6d';  

a8b7c6d 를 cookie 로 수정 후 저장
